Catalyst-Gaming is now in the CLOUD

I have just signed us up for cloud hosting for files downloaded off the website.  This does not include the fast download.

This is a trial basis to see how it works out.  All current files have been uploaded, or are in the process of being uploaded, to the cloud.

What does this mean?

Faster downloads as content is provided based on location instead of just from our US-West based location.  I tested it myself, and I got double speed (1.1gb/s to 2.2gb/s) from the cloud.

Its based on useage.

Example:
10 gigs of data, average of 1mb per file.  70% in the US, 30% in the EU.
Cost: $1.21 USD

If I were to cloud the fastdl, it would cost 35-40 a month.  Every download request and every KB of data is a charge. The site downloads are easy and cheap, calculated average of less than 3 a month (hopefully). The fastdl is not

ah. Does the website host not charge for overages? Or do we just have enough bandwith to not cost any extra?

Webhost has unlimited bandwidth and space.  It just sucks for speed, so any downloads off the site I wanted to try in a cloud so that EU people would download in the EU, etc.
