To an extent. Saying that it DOES knock him unconscious is power-gaming. The term power-gaming means that you are forcing other actions or effects onto players. And please, if you have all these questions put them in one post. It's considered post whoring.

In better english, it was disabled due to citizens mass-punchwhoring a CCA unit with no RP and taking their guns and such.

I have seen it happen on another server with an "insta-gang" of four or five trolls gang up on CPs with fists and start a lulrebellion, giving citizens guns and ammunition while meanwhile in admin land: http://z0r.de/3197
