Creation of City 25: What do you want?

Well, I'm trying to create the first city, City 1. So, what would you want in City 1? Post suggestions below.
Some have suggested:

• Holograms in seperate training rooms, so CPs dont have give examples to croots
• Many, many watchtowers

So, it's up to you, post suggestions below.

Wants:Rebel Hideouts
Slums
Transportation
Square/city/main shop
Rebel Networks
Shops
Dirty streets
Nexus
Food/Ration place
Apartments
CWU building
Underground bars/bases
Sewers

Don't want:Too many combine shields
Laggy portals
Laggy textures
Antilion Thumpers
Glitches/Bugs
Secret Weapons
Name of City 1 (Yes to be honest it'll sound a bit overrated.)
NPCs
Smallness

If your going to attempt making a map, call it City 56 or something, C1 sounds a little....

Its an attempt at the first ever city... So its supposed to be a little... But okay, now renaming.
Okay, as for resistance0123, don't worry, no thumpers and its very big. Transportation? Maybe a subway network, but it'll be hard. NPC's, nope.avi. Basically, all your requests are there. Heres a plan, all models you want can be emailed to me, just PM and ask
