It is real and if you look, there are lots of differences. Its not something that is being released soon... probably not something like this for gaming... for a few years. Hardware as is couldn't handle everything a game throws with those graphics...
But its real as far as I know, and Ive looked everywhere

It looks more like a CG animation, or something like that. I personally don't think this is a real engine. Maybe a CG animation and such, but not a game engine. That is only my opinion though :)
