Anyone know good screen recorder that doesnt lag when i play gmod and makes the file format to avi or something like that but not dem?

I got few problems recording with fraps a playing .dem on gmod.

Camtasia is for record the screen but for games is best fraps.

There's a few although I recommend Fraps. If you have problems with it which you cannot fix then you could switch over to one of the following:
GameCam, I don't think it's free - I've never tried it.
WeGame Recorder - It's free, quality isn't as good.
