That is what you want to know, now when you start a new character. Let's say you're from another city. Let's say a random city. City 32.
That's where you have been re-located from. You now live in City18. You are a normal citizen, it depends on you if you are a little bit rebellious or a loyalist that does whatever the combine wants, now there are no weapons if you are a citizen. That is just stupid if you are a rebel, you could have something but it would be very hard to get a weapon with some bullets. If you are rebellious you can get detained, which is sitting in a cell doing nothing a cycle is 5 minutes. Tokens, they're the money the cash. It's for buying things, like a book Zen of the Union the only legal book. You can apply for the CWU. Not yet as Ice is busy with it. Uhm, if you have anymore questions just ask. And this is about city rp. This isn't outlands, outlands is very different, I think you would enjoy outlands far more, since you can have weapons and find weapons.

By the way, GUNS ARE NOT RP; Sure if you get a gun WOOOPY you have pretty much a block of GOLD. Guns are not what RP is about, if you think they are, go back to DarkDM.
