OpenAura - server crash every second log in.

I'm hosting an open aura server, ive placed every file in it's correct place. Placed the mysql correctly and every piece of the installation is in it's place. Ive been using www.ukgame.com's free WebHostin'.
It worked with the correct info, but now the problem is that for the first time that someone logs in it works fine for him and he is avilable to enjoy the server, but if someone logs for the second time it crashes.
I think it's a mysql prob, after the mod saves him in the database and the player trys to log back and the mod notice that it commits a crash.

Are you sure the connection from the SQL database to the server works?
Remote Access with MySQL is disabled as default.

Also have heard OpenAura requires (t)MySQL. I don't know what it is, but I heard it was required.

UKGame is a really bad host which you should really avoid for reasons I cannot disclose
Make sure you've got all the required modules/the correct SQL info
