Just because you got permanently banned, doesn't mean the system is screwed up. It's really fair in my opinion. I maybe would change the 12hr+ is 1 ban point to 24hr+ is 1, because 97% of bans are over 12 hours. Plus, you added one positive and the rest negatives. I would say It's Okay. I'll put  love it.
