Grav gun messing up

When you try to smuggle on HRP the grav will work on the package at first then when you try a second or third time, it wont work. Me and some of my friends are having this problem and its making it impossible to smuggle but if you can try to fix it Thanks

It really only happens after we mug someone for there smuggled package. When we go to turn it in after having stolen it and putting it on our boat it ties down but when you go to RH to reclaim it it just wont budge at all.

Oh and this should be Under HRP...

You have to claim it before entering Red Harbor to be able to pick it up, if you're not the owner of the package.

No i was the owner, we had to have an admin phys gun it for me so i could sell it
