First of all, this is not meant to be in social discussion at all. I'm not sure if you actually thought that this is where a thread like this was meant to go, or if you're just too lazy to actually look and see that we have a support & help board. Second, you've literally given us basically no information. Who sent it to you? When? Can you get the person to confirm it? This is the stuff we need to know to help you. Please answer these questions as soon as you can. We're not just going to set you to VIP because you claim that a friend bought you it but you never got it.
I guess I should also let you know that if you're lying in a sad attempt to get VIP for free, you'll be permanently banned.
