When I go to install the bass module into the garrysmod/garrysmod folder and go into the OCRP server it kicks me out with a reliable snapshot overflow error.

That has NOTHING with the bass module to do. Just continue to rejoin.

Its a server/gmod engine issue. Just keep rejoining.

Locked for obvious reasons.

Btw it maight happen 40 times but just keep trying to get in.
