So I'm wanting a tattoo on on my arm that would be higher up so it would be covered by my sleeve.
I'm wanting it to look similar to this.

That's a great tattoo, SlyDawg. When I turn 18, I want to get a tattoo of my mother and fathers name with a heart and wings. See, I find that the best tattoos are ones that are memorable, and ones that you would never want to get rid of.
