I read through this and I believe it is a brilliant piece of writing. OzJackal put a lot of time, effort, and thought into this. A bit mentioned, the Union focuses more on people with weapons, when they don't realize how much something like this would cripple them. They honestly wouldn't suspect anything. And of course the defects will have to be met too. This will add a lot of passive roleplay.
