Nononono. Just make them free, and make it so that you cannot buy DC'd player's apartments unless the CCH is full.

This is a good idea. I hate having to live on the street, and then getting yelled at! Luckily, 2 of my 3 chars et free housing. 1. CCA 2 CWU! The last one is just a citizen though, so it gets fairly annoying.

I can see that this month was made a few months ago and this hasn't been implemented into the server yet, I really hope it does.
The only thing I disagree with is that you should keep your door even after you've disconnected, they're free so there isn't really anything to lose.

There should also be a limit on how many doors a player could own at once, would be nice if i was about two or three.

I'd recommend two. Being able to own three doors at no cost means it would take 3 trolls to own every single room in the UCH except one.

Umm, why can't you just go into D2? Also, peoples apartments don't go away if they DC, they just stay owned by them, and they say they are owned, so i feel there really is no problem.

I can agree with you on this. They oughta just make a door ownership limit.

It wastes my money too
