IC Character Name: Mike Wess
1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so. Mike Wess had always wanted to be a combine, ever since the seven hour war began. He doesn't normally like other humans, due to most being cruel to him. Since his arrival at city fourty five, he has always envied the combine. They made sure that everyone was polite, or else. He wishes to help the combine take control of the lives of the citizens.
Mike Wess was lead to hating others by the fact that he was always bullied by others. Everyone in his old town was a cruel person, always making fun of him. They had once tried to get violent with Mike, but stopped after he won those fights. Mike Wess has always wanted to get back at the human race for how he was treated, and now he has his chance.
Mike hopes that he will be accepted into the CCA, so he can finally end people who can not keep their ideas to themself. He wishes to teach those who are not innocent a lesson, with a stunstick to the back. He will lose his sense of mercy if he can, because it has become a bad habit of his to feel bad for others. Mike Wess hopes to be the best he can be.
2) Please detail your characters traits. (Eg, Pure, Lawful, Trustworthy)Mike Wess is merciful, he would try to avoid killing innocents if possible. Mike Wess is obedient, he never questions what he is told to do. He is trustworthy, he doesn't break a promise. He is quiet, he tries not to talk often. He is strong, he can take hits and not show pain.
3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character. I am expecting a feeling of athority from the CCA. To have everyone to not want to mess with me sounds great. I also expect the need to defend the citizens when it is needed. They need to be kept in line, but not murdered by other citizens.
Mike Wess May feel reluctant to join the CP, due to him not wanting to be like his past tormentors, but eventually he will realize that he is keeping everyone out of trouble. Mike Wess expects to need to work hard in order to be trusted by the other CP. He expects that he will need to lose his feeling of mercy in order to do his job well.
4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words. Mike Wess was a loner. He was constantly picked on and rejected by others. When the seven hour war occured, everyone Mike Wess knew went to fight. They were all killed by the invading combine. With no one to constantly bully him, Mike Wess was a happy soul. He stayed in his hometown, alone now that the combine had wiped the others out. One day the combine swarmed the small town, and found Mike Wess. He was ordered to come with them, and he happily followed them. He was shipped around from city to city until arriving at city fourty five. There he has found that people don't go out of line without punishment. Mike Wess loves his new life.

Most rebels seem to get carried away with spreading their beliefs, and most seem to be very violent. I also can not stand to see a mingebag join the server, so i hope to contribute to making the server "Mingebag Hell".
