Help with HL2RP

OKay, I Join HL2RP Server, I Get a blank gray screen. Error:

Plus, Like 2 days ago, It was working all fine, But i have another problem. The screen end up looking like this. Screenshot:

Yes, i Have tried my brightness and other things. Those wernt the problem. And yes i tried the Cache files,
