Crashing when i join OCRP *HELP*

My game crashes every time I join the OCRP server
I even disabled aero and shutdown all programs except from steam and it wont work

Sys Specs:

Windows 7 Ultimate (using classic theme)
Intel Duo Core 2 Processor 3GHz per core
2GB DDR3 RAM
I tryed it on a 1920x1080 moniter then a 1024x1000 or something moniter
nVidia GeForce GT 430
1GB vRAM
Runs at 100/115 FPS on sandbox, 70 on PERP and usually when it decides to work 30 on OCRP
1TB Internal HD
If im missing anything ask

I think this is a guide, in the sense that he might be telling us not to build shitty computers.
That is a  pretty good computer though.  I still like my system though.

8 GB's of ram
5450 Radeon HD Graphics Card
Windows 7 Home Premium
and a 1600 by 900 moniter, in pixels.  =\  didn't pay attention to inches.

It was fine before, and I remember on OC i used to crash during the snow event
Same with my friend
Fine before snow
But shit hits the fans with it
Also why do we even have it? its not snowing irl

Its not the snow. You have been on in the past 2 days and its been snowing for 2 days now.
I can clearly tell its not that. Try clearing your cahce? Also what error are you crashing with? Just hl2.exe?

Also I cleared my cache used aero didnt use it used basic theme used classic
disabled game overlay
Im getting 2GB DDR3 extra tomorow and if that dont fix it I will be running down to the data center with the angry german kid
