1) Type Catalyst-Gaming
2) Apply Underline
3) Add Red and Black Gradient to Gaming
4) Change - To Gray
5) "Save as" PNG

Simplicity is key.
Yours is pretty simple too.
1) Type CG, make red.
2) Apply pattern.
3) Make multiple circles, making them different sizes, and the middle becomes red.
4) apply drop shadow to everything.
5) THEN ADD BRUSHES!

Simplicity isn't always everything. You want it to look complex, yet simple. Little small details, and "Flare" as I like to call it, really makes it all stand out.
