Benefits of the CWU?

I was planning on filling out an application to be a CWU, could anyone give me the benefits of being one? IC and OOC benefits please, thanks

You get two rations than normal citizens who gets 1
You get more respect from the CCA than a citizen
You get access to CWU buildings and hospitals
You get access to medical equipment (REQUIRE TO BE A PART OF THE Med. - I'm the commander)
You get access to UU branned food
You gain a radio to use to contact other workers
You do not require a permit to open a shop which sells general goods or food
