[12/15/2011] Forum Changes

Due to a recent problem the forums had experienced a few problems had come about.

- The HL2RP application system has been fixed and is fully working as it was before.
- The helpdesk is no longer operable.  See below for more information regarding donations and the process.
- All administration features that were once broken are now working.

For donations the following is now the process to get your benefits:

To get your benefits that you donated for activated, you must follow these steps:

1.) Create a new topic here using this format:

[u][b]Name on card used for transaction(or the name on the paypal account)[/b][/u]:

2.) Post your topic. In most cases, you will get a reply within 1-6 hours. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours.

You might want to save the link of your topic just in case.  This board cannot be seen without going to the link itself.

You might be asking why we have a censorship bar.

It doesn't really matter to anyone outside of the United States of America, but to those of us who do reside it has a lot to do with us.

Today in Congress the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) is up for a full vote.  If it passes, the internet for Americans will be censored to the same effect China is.

You won't be able to even reference a game, movie, piece of music, art, anything.  If it is covered by copyright law, it cannot be used on the internet.

You may think it may not pass but most of the news people who actually follow this shit do think it will.  So until this bill fails to pass, our logo is censored.

Also you forgot to mention that registering via the forums is not possible anymore. If you forget your password, join a server and type on of the following commands in the console:

If you forget your username, you can see it on your profile. Just use the "SteamID Profile Finder" in the "Servers" tab and put in your SteamID to find your profile.

If you have 2 profiles, and one is not linked to any SteamID, try to get on the one linked to your SteamID and tell a superadmin/dev to disable the account (aka changing username and password so you wont be able to use it anymore).

Wikipedia should have gone ahead with there plan of a full blackout in protest of the bill.  But glad to see that black bar at the top
