Base Gamemode

Ok, so one day I join the server and it seems I am having trouble loading the script.  Instead I run Base gamemode instead.

I spoke to afew people and they said the following each of one I've tried.

-Remove Lua Catch
-Defrag Gmod
-Uninstall Gmod
-Remove everything inside the Gmod folder

I thought I came up with a solution which is installing the script manually into Gmod.  That might be the solution but I'll require the content to do so.  Can anyone help me?

Make sure you have downloads enabled in options > multiplayer.

Its enabled, im looking into Dua, its currupt aparently.  Might have found the problem so I am running a virus scan on it.
(I need to force a uninstall of the file, could anyone help me out with that?)
