quotes and quick edit doesn't work properly

by this i mean that quotes do not actually work when you want to quote someone and whenever i want to edit a post via the quick edit thing, it will blank the subject and the message body

I thought it was just me since yesterday or so. I guess not.
Both quoting people on the read page (To add the quotes to the quick-reply) or adding quotes in the advanced reply page doesn't work. It just doesn't add anything to the text boxes.
