1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Metropolice Force and what lead your character to do so.
       My character, Johnathon Lister wishes to join the the Civil Authority for many reasons. The first reason for Johnathon wanting to join the civil authority is for a better future. Johnathon is struggling in this new city and hopes that becoming a member of the Civil Authority will benefit him greatly.
       Another reason Johnathon Lister wishes to join the Civil Authority is his past. Before the seven hour war Johnathon was a doctor, he worked in the ER and had many types of training. Now with his daughter dead and his wife in a different city, Johnathon decided to do what he did best, help who he could.
       The final and most important reason for wanting to join the Civil Authority is to show his love for the benefactors. Johnathon believes the that the benefactors were on of the best things to happen to earth. Even though they had his wife and daughter killed, Johnathon fully supports every move the benefactors make.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.
      The Combine Civil authority would be something I enjoy very much. I enjoy helping others which will show when my medic skills are needed. Being a Civil Authority member would also e something I would enjoy because of my new responsibilities.
       As for Johnathon Lister he will be very serious in the Civil Authority. It will be something new to him because he has never served in any type of military before. After a while he will enjoy it.

4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.
 Johnathon Lister was a normal man until the combine came knocking on Earth's doorstep. Johnathon was a very smart man with a doctorate from Yale university. While in collage he met his wife, Natalia and they happily married 5 years later. Within the next two years they had a daughter named Sydney. Then the combine invaded Earth in the fateful seven hour war. During the seven hour war Johnathon had off for the day while his wife was at work and daughter at school. During the seven hour war Johnathon was glued to his cell phone and tv and waiting to hear from his wife or daughter. During hour four Johnathon received a      call from his wife, she stated that she had Sydney and was on her way home when it happened. There was a loud bang and the screams of his family broke out followed by the sounds of strider gun. Then it all stopped and the strider stomped away. Adam knew then and there that his family was dead.
        The next day Johnathon awoke with a start to the sound of combine breaking down his door. He was dragged out, put into a pod and put onto a train headed for city "18" as they called it. During this time Johnathon felt a extreme hate towards the Combine.  After living at city 18 for a while the hate subsided and Johnathon began to like Earth's new benefactors. With the new benefactors came a new sense of security and peace. While of course it wasn't toward the citizens, it was there. Johnathon felt now that there would be no war, no violence and peace throughout his days. Then disaster struck again when he started enjoying city 18. A resistance was formed and they began to fight in the streets. Then one night the unthinkable happened, his best friend was shot by the resistance. Having seen that and being mortified by it, Johnathon vowed to never serve in the resistance and developed a very strong hate for them. Now here's Johnathon. A 32 year old doctor living in city 18, with a hate for resistance a love for the benefactors.

7. What�s your most memorable quality RP experience?
     My most memorable experience in a rp server was in a hl2RP server I cant recall which one, I was a citizen in the apartments when a resistance party invaded. There was bullets flying everywhere and death of both CP and resistance. It ended in the CP winning. However this is the most memorable because of the sudden creation of it.

I thought your backstory was a little funny when one moment you hated the UU for killing your family, but you was then alright with them after being in C18 a while. However it doesnt all rely on what you can type in a story so i'll evaluate you further ingame
