It's too hard to write things like that, this would take 5 hours just to elaborate something that match with what you are talking, because i need to do grammar check,edit everything on a notepad and those things, and i'm sure there's more than 300 words in the description.
the story says how he got transfered to city 18, and why he is on the city 18.
and on the game, 9 days after gordon freeman left the city 17, a infestation started on some areas of the country, and no one knows what happened with the city 17,so... i'm taking that as an advantage for my character... hehe

First, this is definitely NOT the way to write a detailed back story.  The more time you spend editing it and perfecting it, the better it gets, crazy that.  It took me a week once to perfect an authorization application for a medically-trained character, and it still could have been better.  Patience is a virtue and, judging from your behavior in the shoutbox and on the server, is something you need.

Second, this game mode takes place years before the events of Half Life 2.  Very few people know who Gordon Freeman is, yet, and the Lambda Resistance led by Eli Vance is still a fledgling organization.  The premise of your back story is, therefore, still invalid.

Because we have standards.

Neither I nor anyone else who has posted here has anything against you personally (That I know of).  I believe we can all agree that you should take your time with this.  Take a week to develop your character, then perhaps a little longer to improve your grammar.

As to whether your application is denied or not is out of most of our hands.

Given the extremly half-assed quality of your app and your attitude about it so far, I seriously doubt this.

Im going to deny this for the following reasons:

-Your backstory is  very short, (a lot shorter than the required standard)

-You do not meet the minimum post or time requirements, you require more experience within the server before I can consider giving you a shot with a character in the MPF. (A week with the community and on the HL2RP server will get you up to speed)

-Question 1: theres a sentence in here which says the resistance wants to kill the citizens, which isn't the case as far as the standard canon goes. Which leaves me to further believe you could do with some experience with HL2RP in general.

Please re-apply no earlier than the 07/03/2014 (7th March 2014)
