After days of testing, getting plugins to work with FTB, and sorting out the Minecraft board I, and others, have managed to get the server up and running. Please read below for information that will help you out.

Whitelisting
I removed all whitelists. Reapply here. Read the requirements.

Feed The Beast Information. READ THIS.

Download the exe launcher, set up your account, and launch the game. The server is running FTB Ultimate Pack on Minecraft version 1.4.7. This was the best for the server in terms of plugin compatibility and performance. FTB is performance intensive. You may need to lower graphical settings for optimal performance.
