Nothing todo with software. Garry just disabled mp3 support for some odd reason.

Noob terms: Garrys mod doesn't know what a mp3 is.

Also, the radio won't work for me now.  I get like a ocrp_radio lua erorr or something in console when I try to press f1 in my car.

They're talking about music station radios, normal radios remain unaffected.
