Old set just blew out(RIP), I need to replace them with either headphones and a mic(Can be cheap, I don't care at this point) or a decent headset. All for around 50 bucks(Hard limit)

I would say don't bother buying a headset and just go for the headphones and a cheap 20 dollar mic but since your budget is so small you should probably just get something shitty that still sounds alright. I would suggest something like this. Pretty much any cheap headset like this would be good for temporary use but if you grab it or something like it, don't plan on it lasting too long. I went through at least four of those 20-40 dollar headsets a couple of years ago when I didn't have enough money to actually get something decent and long lasting. I realized that if you want something that won't break extremely easy you've gotta go at least $50 or up. They don't sound bad, something for this price should last you until you have enough to upgrade if you plan on it.

You can't ever go wrong with a decent Logitech headset, I have only ever really used Logitech headsets and I think they are great.
