What will you use Tool Trust for?
With tool trust I will help Increase the role play I will make bars, Rebel hideouts(If allowed), and I could sell apartments/houses that are furnished, which will make people want a house more instead of wondering around the streets looking for something interesting to happen. I could also open up a shop that sells accessories like: cacti, flowers,  chessboard props, Little dolls like: the hula doll And newspapers.

I'm quite sure it's an indication asking how long a member has participated within Hl2RP at catalyst gaming, otherwise I don't see the required information because other Hl2RP communities have varying standards and his time at those communities would be viewed otherwise nearly redundant.

It would make more sense to be CG focused because there really is no way of validating exactly how long someone has been playing HL2RP from before CG. As raged said, if it were any other way it would be redundant.
