Change the broken HL2RP city map links!

Change every map link that is supposed to have rp_city45_catalyst_x1f_final in it to this link and this link only:

The workshop link is broken and doesn't contain the required content. The other re-uploaded links are apparently not working.

This one does work.

Needs to be changed here: http://www.catalyst-gaming.net/index.php?page=downloads and in the relevant announcement threads.

Edit: Until every link that leads to rp_city45_catalyst_x1f_final on this site in the downloads section and the news thread is fixed, a password will be put on the working file.

Fix the issue or you can all have missing content in the map. When it's fixed, I'll remove the password.
