Allowing Buffs for my character

Hello Admins I would like if you could allow me too put that my character had miltary training or he has some army gear from the seven hour war. This is for my character in the outlands or my Hl2RP. Please Reply Thanks Andke

You'd need to make an authorization application in the applications section. You must also write a detailed backstory on how you obtained these things aswell as a list of perks/defects.
