This should be in the HL2RP suggestions forum.  In either case, I too have difficulties understanding your thinking.  Is this supposed to be an event suggestion, or something else entirely?

I don't really see how this even works? Plug in a generator, and POOF Xen portal. I don't see how this really works? I assume your speaking about the big generator in P3, and wouldn't this be well...not good? Sure you now have access to the Xen, but so do other creatures. So the city would be flooded with Xen creatures attacking. Also "Apocalypse RP" anyone else thinking of this is what Fallout RP is suppose to be? Just saying too this seems unrealistic.
