BEER ROASTED RABBIT: 6/24/2017
*I must say, rabbit does taste much better than antlion meat. If you are not the kind of person who would eat creatures that are not of our planet, this recipe is for you!
-Cleaned rabbit meat
-One bottle of beer
-Local hrebs/plants
-Salted liquid (Desirable, not needed. Used to prep pan.)
*This recipe is too be cooked on a pan or skillet rather than a pot. A slab of sheet metal will do if you don't have proper cooking tools. Heat the pan to abut 300 degrees, and pour a liquid on the pan (Water, not beer!). After the pan has been heated, place the pieces of cleaned rabbit meat on the pan. To clean the meat, simply slice off the fur layer. Leave the fat on, it adds flavor!
*Allow the one side to cook for approxametly five minutes before flipping. After both sides have been cooked, turn down the heat to around 125 degrees. Wait for a few moment before pouring about half a bottle's worth of beer over to various pieces. Then, season with your herbs.
