We call ourselves "The Pact". We do not care about anybody except ourselves. We are hostile towards everything and everyone. The members of "The Pact" are only men, we are highly sexist and hate women. That doesn't mean we won't kill men, all genders will all be slaughtered equally. Slavery is big within "The Pact". We have taken many dirty slaves. We love to make those before us suffer, and squeal like swine. Many have died at our hands, and we favor genocide. In "The Pact", we treat our brothers equally. We do not have any ranks. We do not accept those who are poorly trained either. We will not give out much information. If you are alone, we will chase you. If you are banded with your closest of friends, we will become larger than you and stomp you down. Do not expect to hide from us. Do not expect to escape our grueling grasp over you. We see you when you think  you are in the darkest of shadows, we know you when you have smallest of faces, we catch up to you when you think you are in the fastest of races, and we kill you when you think you have escaped the keenest of killers. We do not "recruit" people, we take them in as a brother. Those who come to join, will die in blood. Instead, we will come to you. We will come to those who we think are fit. We will only choose the best of the best.

We have many plans and goals. Many of these goals and plans are secretive and are to remain secret in our hands. Infact, one of our goals is to stay secretive. We want to be known, we want to be feared, but we want to stay smart and hidden. We want to prowl our enemies and take them down. Our goal is to spread fear and blood throughout the Outlands. We wish to extend our slave numbers... and the death toll of those who dwell in the Outlands. Our wishes for dominance draw closer. We are the supreme team, and we will crush all of the pitiful beings who stand below us.

"Apparent" Leader of "The Pact". Wanted for the murders of estimated hundreds. Known to be well armed, well trained, and extremely dangerous.




Leonard Wong
Very well trained. He is dangerous and very unpredictable. Skilled in pulse weaponry. He is very smart with his victims. He usually is spotted wearing large glasses. [font]




Doctor Dean
A (now) crazed scientist who does research, experients, and even creates things for The Pact. He is highly wanted as he is a big threat in The Pact's hands. He is extremely smart and is very protected. Known as "The Doc" by many.[font]




Huck Bonzer
A very disturbing and mutilated man. Known to make art out of bodies and body parts. Seems to be a mute. Known to have random and violent outbursts.




'The Beast'
'The Beast' or 'Beast' as they call him, is a very powerful vortigaunt. He is known for twisting and abusing the vortessence to torture victims. He is wanted for genocide aswell.




Jim Schmitter
A very trained marksman known to wear a ghillie suit. He is very wanted for many killings from a long distance.




Hrvoj Lovric
A Russian man who is an expert in camouflage, and is known to be highly trained.[font]




Alfred Mortimer
An extremely old male, but do not underestimate him. He is armed with a very large revolver, similar to one Achim used to be armed with. He is known to violate women and do very strange things to them.




'Thud'
A mentally unstable antlion that 'The Pact' is known to have in captivity in attempt to someway tame it.

Two vicious and crazed mutilated dogs. Associated and trained by "The Pact". There have been very few sighings, however they are known to brutally eat their victims alive.

Member of "The Pact", wanted for several massacres, has possibly gone into hiding.




Raul Jones and Winifred Doyle
Wanted for mugging and repeatedly stabbing and shooting victims, making sure they suffer. They target the weak.font]

Wanted for clubbing people from behind, not much known.




Doug Malts
Wanted for dumping bodies in the bunker area and choking unsuspecting victims to death. Known to be very violent.

Wanted for several poison incidents and publicly exucuting many.

Known to break into places and destroy the interior. He is also known for stealing lots of things. Known to turn violent if needed.

Known to scalp victims that he kills.

Known to eavesdrop and spy on people. He also is extremely skilled in throwing knives.

Known to have spiked gloves, he is very good at hand to hand combat.

Known to be very good at ropes and can tie knots very well. Known to hang and whip victims with a whip.

Known to force victims to eat horrible things like feces.

Known for making disturbing traps.

Known to get victims into believing he is a doctor and can help them, but soon murders them.

Known to build strange contraptions which help him kill.

Known to trap victims in places and wait there untill they starve and die.

A crazed man who thinks he is a German Officer. He is not to be undertaken, he is very violent and well trained.

An engineer who works with mechanics and repairs things.

Known as the slave keeper and trader of the group.




Gra Amo Lee
A man who is in charge of trading. He is well armed and violent, but can barter. He usually deals drugs and other goods.




Baxter Talcot
A man who claims he is a mercenary and a body guard. He allows you to hire him, but later takes your money and kills you.

Known to build bombs and set them off.

A crazed killer and cannible who eats victims and gnaws on their bones.

I have seen the Ghille suit guy, it took me a while to figure out what he was. He ussaly sticks around the Belles abandond garage.

Not all the members of "The Pact" are mentally crazy. Some just have a taste for blood or revenge. It would also be quite realistic in some ways for there to be a lot of crazy people, considering a lot of factors and what is going on.
