Outland's sound bug Effects everyone

This building on outland's is bugged, It plays sound really low inside it and can drive you insane not even hearing anything.

Doesnt affect me. When i enter I hear equal volume with a low ambience sound in the background. Do you have constant volume on? (reduces volume when sounds get louder) The low ambience could be fooling the steady sound into thinking there's too much sound.

Most of the people that were in there were saying the sound was so low in that building.

Finally, I don't know but for some reason that was just pissing me off. I'll make a sticky topic about that when I can be assed.

Yeah Garry's Mod broke almost all the soundscapes. I had to make an entirely new list.
