C11 is WAY to small and really useless to be honest. My vote is for c18.

Oh and c45 aint gonna be fixed. It cant take another decompile. Areaportals and lighting have a major derp.

Heres a better idea.

Stick it on whatever map for current. And make, from scratch, a full, custom map with everything we want.

I think sticking on the voted map then making a custom one would be a good idea

They arent as hard to make as other maps as there dont need to be so many custom textures and everything is a lot simpler (kind of)

I think, before we jump to any conclusions, we should WAIT, and see if we can get the original from Kaz, if that's what your doing RTLK. See my thread, I posted a similar response.

Why does it need to be edited?

The lighting is way too happy and maybe some fences around the water so people cant just jump in when being taken into detainment.

You don't need dark lighting to feel oppressed, and people who just jump in the water will just be ammputated for attempting to escape.

Theres also flowers, Non issue clothing hanging around, and a random light house.

Our current map has a underground tunnel system running under the Nexus as well as a direct train to an area where it is shoot on sight, it can't be much worse.

Since I gave up on helpig Albert wih cobalt and there's no proof that ocrp will have a serious server, I might start a new project for City32. I need an origional city to base it off though. Either Verona, Brussels, or Prague.
