Gold user tokens

Hi back some time ago i think it was feb i used a save called dimitri uhoh and i had just paid for for gold membership donation and lost the tokens i just got from it would i be able to get them back, why now you ask because i had stopped playing gmod because of college and work and have now just started laying again.
