Entry 1

            Just arrived at City 45 this afternoon. Things got rolling pretty fast. I worked my way around town to see how things we're set up, and it wasn't all too different. Same layout, lots of Civil Protection units the the Big Ol' Nexus. I got off from the train station and was headed for the Union Civil Housing. Once Inside I rented a room and hung out for a while. It wasn't long before they began to set up the execution. A little curious I deci-

Damn, anyways I decided to go out and watch, not much choice anyways since they are mandatory. After the ball got rolling the Division Leader gave a speech about how the guy getting hung was being punished for leaving the Civil Workers Union and ran for D6. Damn shame. After he was hung I was bold, and stupid, enough to ask if we could leave. And O1 came over and escorted me to a wall. Bastard beat me ten times. That was actually my first beating. Now I understand why there's a resistance. They're against these bastards and everything they are doing.


I'll get those bastards back. You just wait.

My character heard one of the Civil Protection units using the term and some random citizen tried to explain things to him as best he could. All he knows, which isn't much is, trench coat = O1.

Entry 2

     It's been a while since I've last written. a lot of things have happened since then. I've made a few friends and actually reunited with my old pal, Wilson. Things have seemed to be going downhill around here and I'm starting to hate the combine more and more everyday. Me and Will, we have a plan. A big one. But no need to worry about that, it's not important to write about right now.

     I do intend for people to see this journal. Just not yet. You see me and him have decided that...nevermind. If anything big happens I'll write and try to keep up as often as possible. Oh and if anyone DOES find this. Look for a girl named Ashley. I think she'll want to know because no one will see this unless I'm dead. Period.

Well ok. Actually now that I think about it I should probably pay more attention to small details like that. Anyways I really need to start keeping up with my posts. I do want to eventually be a CP after all.

Notice For All Readers(Regular or Not):

     I have recently changed my Journal entry titles from "Day #, D/M/Y" to "Entry #" because it's become difficult for me to keep track of the IC dates and times because it appears as "Unknown 0/0/00". If this is happening to other people I'd like to know so please reply. If not still let me know if it is a problem I can fix. Also I just found putting "Day 2" a month later a little awkward. Thanks to all of you who have taken the time and interest to read and thanks ahead of time to any who reply to my request. Entry 3

     Things have really been going downhill here in City 45. I've been hearing a lot about people dying or being taken in. Rumor is almost all of the Rebel groups have been wiped out. I've been beaten atleast 10 times since the last time I wrote. Honestly I haven't had a whole lot of time to write. I've been arrested twice and for the security of any readers I won't share why. While I'm talking about security I have been involved in another rebel group but I won't talk about it for they're own well being. Don't need any nosy Combine who might have this getting info.

Shit spilled my beer! Oh well. It seems that Civil Protection has also been stepping up patrols and maybe even raids of Precinct 3. From what I'm hearing it was recently raided. Whether this is true or not I'm not sure. If this is found by a fellow Anti-Combine Citizen in the events of...my death, please make sure it is kept safe. I don't need them getting hints out of this Journal. Keep it safe, keep it with you. If you want to dump the burden enter Precinct 3 and seek out "Big Brother".

Entry 4

     I went into Precinct Three today, just wanted to see if anything was going down. Not a whole bunch actually. I saw my friend Cassie Davidson there with a few other people. They were carrying this...woman with them. When they came up the ladder and confronted them they seemed to completely ignore me. After a few minutes that girl started to wake up. She seemed confused at first then started flipping out on Cassie. Started screaming about "How dare you kidnap me! I'm getting Civil Protection!" And she ran off.

     Later that day I went by the Apartments to see if that shop I heard of was open. Of course not. But thee were a few people there I could sell my own stuff to. I had found a crate of boxed backpacks earlier so I decided to sell them for 20 tokens a piece. not much else happened after that. I got rations later that day adding another 60 tokens to my total. So hear I am now, 9 in the morning righting in this journal just to calm my thoughts. I have big plans, but until then just have to lay low.
