Lately when a citizen gets untied, they teleport back to spawn.

This seems to just happen to you, or this problem has been fixed. If it does perceive to happen, you might need to delete the cache within your garry's mod directory.

I have been told that when character is going out of anim (like tied, sitting or so), OA checks if he isn't fully stuck in world and if is, he is teleported to spawn.
