Reason for Un-PK:Well it started off like this: 2 augmented units were patrolling slums to search a guy with contra item. Suddenly they ecountered on me. They attempted to search me. I had a knife in my description also so they would ICly find it. I asked them if i can remove the knife because i was keeping it for my auth apply.They ignored and kept RPing which means they forced to me to RP otherwise it would be Avoiding RP and its bannable. So i didnt wanted to risk myself and couldnt say anything. Just RPed as they wanted. They won, Dragged me in nexus, Amputated me. I tried to tell them again but they still didnt listen. So i got amputated with abbott spectating.

In my POV: CPs were being a dick to me because they love Amputating. I also need my char back for 2 reasons:

1: Its my main char

2: I need it for my auth apply

I was there, and it me whom did the pk, not abbott, but i'll let abbott decide on the outcome.

You had it in your physdesc, and blah your story basically. You were asking to void it, when you'd put it in yourself for whatever reason, and basically, you couldn't face what was going to happen to you.

Also, just because its your main doesn't mean anything, nor does the fact that you've got it in an auth app. You should be smart enough to realise to take it out your physdescription.

i was asking to void it and you were ignoring me. if i would not ask it would be avoiding RP and abbott maybe could not be the admin to char ban me, maybe he could be the admin that banned me. -.-

I was watching the RP arrest situation take place. From my view, it was a good RP and he even roleplayed trying to attack with his knife. It was when he was taken to treatment that he started to protest and tried to void that he had the knife.

I will decline for the fact it was an RP'd amputation, plus the fact that it is your main character and that you have an auth app for it doesn't really qualify as reasons.

I will let a higher admin decide what to do with this appeal.

Oh and I wasn't the one who issued the PK, as Blt stated, he was the one to issue the PK.

Since Abbott has requested a higher ranking administrator (HL2RP) to give this a verdict, here is what will happen.

According to Abbott's report, you tried to use your knife to use it against another unit. That is basically responding and reacting to the roleplay situation you were in, you lost and thus you were captured and amputated.

I was going to revoke the Pk and make it a new life for your character but after reading on I have decided that this will be denied. I spoke to Abbott in steam to get a more detailed report and my verdict is given based off that.
