I need help (FRAPS)

Ok, On Fraps when im recording I can only record ingame sound, I cant even record myself talking ingame! Also, when I am recording, No one Ingame, Skype, or Vent can even hear me talk! I have XP and it SUCKS! So is there anyway any of you can help me, well, Get it working so I can record my voice and Sound ingame?

Go into the 'Movies' tab and look for the 'Record external input' tick box.

That should work as i used to have this same problem for a while.

Using Win7x64, ticked record win7 sound, multichannel.

Dont have that Option, A friend told me to type this in Console "voice_loopback 1
" Would that work?

I'm not sure. All i know is i did what i said and it worked for me.

Wait, are you using source record then using Fraps to record the demo?

No, Im just using Fraps    Do you want to see a image of my Fraps setup?

Hmm, your's is different to mine since you're using XP.

Have you tried 'Use windows input'?

Windows input is Just my microphone
