Need help, f2 bind when in demo

Cant seem to use my palyback menu when in my demo. I unbinded all my keys a long time ago, and I lost this one. Also I lost the unloading ammo into your inventory key. please help

Type this in console: bind f2 "gm_showteam"

F2 didn't work for me neither, try Shift+F2 it works.
