Server Update

Changes:

• Fixed Littlebird first person.
• Fixed a bug with shipments dissapeared after switching jobs.
• Added boat freezing. Press C (default context menu) while the boat is not moving.
• Added forum name display in the password change menu.
• Changed lockpicks to only work at night in Red Harbor.
• Changed lockpicks to be less noisy.
• Added questions for new players who join on the weekends or when above 20 players.
• Added an autokick if killing people 10 seconds apart while not at night in Red Harbor.

Rules have changed regarding CrimeRP in the Red Harbor.
Changes will apply as soon as each server restarts.

Very nice indeed. But why would you change RH into a Non-Safe Zone?
Edit: As soon as I got into the server, at the night, people started RDMing. Making RH a Non-Safe Zone at night just brings more RDMers, at my opinion.
