Anyone good in Photoshop? (Need Youtube background with banner)

Hi all, I'm looking for someone who is good at Photoshop to design a Youtube background with Partner banner . As of right now it looks uninviting  and wanted to get something that would catch peoples eyes and not just poke them out. I'm afraid I won't be able to pay you but if you have a youtube channel I would give it some love to my subscribers.

I don't think a 1x1 image would be very useful mate.
