having issues with my account on harbor

well i joined harbor tonight  and it tryed to make me make a new name and such  and it was confusing my rp name is Thendor Johns and it seems ive been wiped from the system or something caus enow it displays my steam name in chat and rp and it made all my money gone i had about 13100 and im completly broke and i would like to know if it can be looked into so i can get my name and money back

There was probably a connection error with the database, so it was unable to load your character. And currently all the servers are down due to technical issues with the server box.
Once this is fixed, you are most likely able to load your character again.
If this is not the case, then let us know.
