I have this thing were I want it to be the shape of the door but there is just too much more of the door

You have to use the texture application tool to align the edge and bottom of the door to where you want it to be.

It fits nicely but I still have black space in the object How do I remove them.

The clipping tool can remove any left over black space or you can manually resize the brush.
