I Am Confused...

So, sometime in this day, I was RPing. I decided to sweep the floors of the Plaza, and I kept doing so for a while. I finally got off my lazy anti-RP butt to actually RP the sweep. Keep in mind that I was using a shovel GIVEN to me by a CP saying it was a broom, just so it would be easier to indicate. Then all of the sudden *bam* a CP coems up to me and says "Apply". I tell the person my CID and Name and all of the sudden I get points deducted for City vandalism. Then I OOCly say I was sweeping to clear it up then the CP says "-3 Points for OOC argument.". We weren't even arguing and it was just randomly instant. Then I ask why this was so and I all of the sudden 'earn' myself a anti-citizen status. I am very confused on what happened...

I was joking, you got a loyalist point added, hence why I said points removed in LOOC.

Also if you had anti-citizen status you'd be dead.
