A few things:
In the first two pictures, never use the in game blood tool. It's messy and is hardly ever useful. It just gets everywhere and ruins any pose. Secondly, make it more exciting. The background is bland and the colors are blah. Thirdly, you need to practice on your posing. The posing is very stiff and it just doesn't look realistic. And lastly, try finger posing. I'd like to see you hold a knife with your palm like that.
The last two are very boring to look at. The posing is stiff and it looks like you spent five minutes on it. Never use the in game fire unless it's at a far distance away and blurred, otherwise stick to editing it in.
All together, I believe you could make some cool pictures, you just lack the experience, keep working at it.
