BEFORE THE 7-HOUR-WAR
Alex smith was born Year 1985, the 9 April. In New York His father worked on a factory where he packed the trucks who should deliver the products to the malls and stores. His mother worked as a waitress on a small cafe near the slums. Yup, Alex’s life was in a low class. The parents did not have enough to pay the bills, feed the family so sometimes Alex’s parents was not able to live for long if they continued that way. Alex’s father had to work harder and longer at the factory, and his mother took him to the cafe and took care of him there even the manager forbids her.

The years passed and Alex grew. On his 5th birthday he was ready for school. He got moved to a public school in a class with 28 other children’s. Alex’s first day was normal, he gained friends, but his marks were not the best. Alex was lazy and bored in the school, and only wished to be somewhere else where he could relax. He spends most of his time at the playground with his friends at the park after school. He was sometimes late at home where his parents waited for him, mad. They started to force him to work harder on his homework, and not be together with his friends at the park. Alex was discontented with the changes at his parents. He spends less time with his friends, and was followed home by his mother when she had time. His father made sure Alex made his homework as he did not wish his son to be lazy with the homework and end up like him. Soon Alex gained better marks. The last school day, Alex received Marks which was over the averages from his Class. His parents were proud of him. Sadly they didn’t have the money to let Alex continue his study. Of course there was hope at the military school. Alex wasn’t for the military, but he would not want to become like his father, an old worker in a factory carrying packages all day long. The first day was a nightmare for Alex. Training, school and not so much sleep was mentally killing him. It was like a hellhole his parents send him to. Alex did not want to give up so easily.
Alex made it to the end of the military school, he thought the military was not so bad at all and took the chance to join the US army. On the first month the drill sergeants was many times after him as they already knew from the military school. Even Alex was already mentally and physically strong, this here was more difficult than he expected. The basic training was the hardest part for him, and it continued all day, every week, every month till he reached the goal. When the basic training was done, he wished to be a RPG troop. His application got accepted. At the start he learned how to assemble and separate the rocket launcher. He did this all day long as the Drill sergeants yelled at him. He had to remember the smallest detail about the rocket launcher. After three days of assemble and separate the rocket launcher, he was ready to use it.

The observer told him slowly how the RPG works.
“The RPG has a safety button which makes sure you not pulling the trigger by an accident, try to flicks it off.”
Alex flicks the safety button off as he holds it in firing position. The observer continues his guide,
“The RPG has a laser sight which can point at the target. The laser sight has to be aimed in an amount of seconds before the target is on-locked It’s the button to the left of you near your left hand.”
Alex pressing on the button and notices a strong red light appearing from the Guided RPG
“Try to aim at these barrels down there.”
The observer said, and points at the barrels around two hundred meters away. Alex aims at the barrels, the Guided RPG which weight around six kilograms is hard to stay still and focus, and aiming at the barrels without any poles he could lean the RPG with. After two minutes the RPG made a small noise.
“Now pull the trigger.”
 The observer said. Alex pull the trigger hopes the guided RPG would fire, nothing happens.
“Good, now let us try with munitions.”

Alex continued the steps with living munitions, and was able, after two month training, to fire and hit targets one mil. But one day something happened! Alex was out in the training shooting area firing at targets on a range on 700 meters. Alex was tired that day and could not focus at all. The RPG’s weight began to be heavier from him. Alex lost his control and blind fired a missile. The missile flew 200 meters past the target and hit a humvee with three crew members. The explosion was big, and only a few pieces from the humvee were left back. Alex was terrified as he saw the fire engines came, attempting to stops the flames spearing from the humvee. Two days after Alex was banish from the Army.  Alex had nothing more to do in the army. He was starting to get paranoid about someone was going to kill him when the accident came in the news. Alex was not able to show his face again to the public. He was not able to find a job even he had great marks. He wished he could go back in time to stop himself. Alex wasted a year at home thinking what he could do.

CITY 45.

Alex looked outside the window, “The civil protection seems to be gone, now it’s the time!” Alex quickly grabbed his suitcase and went down the stairs and outside the UCH at city45. He looked to his sides, notices no officer was around and took the risk. He ran past the HAP to District six, into the tunnels till he ended up near a canal. A couple of citizens was hiding down there, waiting. Alex grabbed the ladder and climbed down. He went to the other citizens, did not say a word. A couple of other citizens from the other side of an old rusty fence came. They started to break the fence down with tools, manage to open it and gave sign to Alex and the other to move. Alex walked in hours in the canal; it was dark and smelled awful. The citizens in front of him carried MP7’s as they knew there could be danger up ahead. After five hours walk they reached the outlands. One of the citizens carried a west on him said with a Scottish accent, “Alright Lads, We going to make a hold here. Eat what you have and sleep so much as you can. There is still a long way to go.”
Alex took a ration package up and rips it open. He took the tokens out from the package and stuffed in his wallet. He took the cap off the supplement, and was going to take his first bite, but got kicked on his hands. The supplement flew in the air and landed on the ground. All the food poured out. Alex turned his head as he holding his hands to himself. The man in the west an MP7 on his back look down at him holding a Chinese takeout.
“You are not going to eat that shit, take these instead. Much more energy than this urine the UU is giving out.”
Alex takes the takeout, and opens it. The box contained noodles and small pieces of chickens. Alex started to eat like a pig as it was long time he had tasted a chicken. When he was done he lay on a mattress and tired to fall asleep.

OUTLANDS

A high noise woke Alex up. He rapidly stood up hearing a chopping noise outside the tunnel to the Canal. He notices he was left alone as the other already was gone. The chopping noise became higher and higher. The dust from the sand started to fly around in circles so Alex could barely see what was going on. A couple of seconds after the noise became lower and the dust fell to the ground. Alex was afraid to look outside as he did not know what was out there. He heard screams and gun shots far away. Alex did not like it. He started to refuse to escape from City 45. Alex slowly walked out, no one was out there. He continued his walk down a long canal, afraid of someone would kill him.
Alex had walked in several hours and started to get tired, he had drunk the last can of water and was about to think what the water from the canal tasted like. Alex notices a small lake and approached it. He was tired and only thought to get something to drink, very fast. He was very close to the water side but suddenly got tripped and fell into the lake. Alex, quickly gets up attempting to spits the dirty water out of his mouth, and starts to breathe heavily. He turned around wondering what made him tripped. He notices a small piece of metal near the water's edge. Alex starts to dig his hands in the sand attempting to pull it up. As he pulls it up he notices it’s a RPG. Alex looks around.
“How can it been be placed here?!”
Alex notices some smoke upstairs as he tries to think how the RPG manages to get here. He took the RPG with him as he took the ladder and climbed up. The smoke leaded Alex to an out burned APC and a few dead OTA soldiers lying around.
“All the weapons from the soldiers were gone, but they most forgot the RPG” Alex thought. Alex took the RPG with him and tired to find an outpost.

Bigger Target from the Universal Union.
Only able to walk and jogging, while carrying the RPG (He is not like rambo...)

RPG doesn't have any ammo in it, has to find it by myself.

What do you plan to do with these perks/defects?
Giving the Resistance a bigger chance to defeat a SYNCT and Helicopters.

I found the RPG long time ago in the Outlands server, but Statua (when he was a administrator) took it from me and told me I needed a authorized to carry one....I found the RPG a week after the outland server came out on CG.

Even though I am not aware of the condition of the outlands when it first came to CG, but I highly doubt you randomly found an RPG. In addition, as said, Statua deleted it as you where not supposed to of had it anyways.

Now, back to the actual application. I am still confused about a few things that I'd like calrification for:

A) How / Why did your character go to Europe? If he was in the US during the war, and not killed, he would of been placed in a US based city most likely.

B) You would have been trained with a rocket launcher that was being used by the U.S. army. Due to this, what are the odds one of the same type would be found at your feet?

C) Based on the location (buried), there is a good probability of having some issues with the said RPG.

And finally, this just seems way to convinent- to find a random RPG that you have been trained on in a whole seperate continent from where said models are used. (Even to randomly find one at all seems quite far fetched.)

I can't say "he got relocated" as the range between Europe and USA is very long and the combine would not transfer citizens over a teleporter which in case is not canon. And if I have to change the story, I might going to be look like a despread guy who just want a RPG
If I'm going to rewrite it I would say he moved away from USA to some place in Europe, attempting what he had done at his past.

VERY low. I can see your point as there is many kinds of Rocket launchers. And I guess again I had to rewrite the story or maybe going to learn by himself how to assemble, separate, aim and fire a rocket/missile. like what "Kane" also made in his auth.

It would properly have been damaged, yes, and I should try to find someone to fix it for me IC. I don't know who. But without ammo I can't even use it...

I think I can handle a rpg as I have rolepalyed with two CWU chars, and one CCA char.

Why you need an RPG anyway, is useless. Tbh its only use is look cool. Theres no OTA to firefight.

I found the RPG long long time ago. I had it on my in around 3 weeks. Not even the Admins who was on notices me have it on me. When I told Statua, I had a RPG he simply teleported me to him, told me to drop it, deleted it and told me I could get it back if I wrote an auth for it.

Guess we'd need Statua to confirm if it's true. If it's true, then maybe it could be accepted (depends on if Raiden agrees), but without ammo, or ONLY 1 round.

Indeed, I'm not sure he can remember as it over long periode time I made the last Auth about this.... he was the one who denided it, and the post is gone... I can't find it either.

That is correct, I made a lot of mistakes with the first auth as I didn't know how to write it down. I checked the other auth to see what their auth looks like.

I got it denied for the unrealisticness, and was not allowed to make a new application before 3 weeks which I also didn't, but in the times I have been better to role play than before, as you know I got one CAA char, two CWU chars and a Resistance female char in the city.
