The bug should be fixed, because I have not had the problem recently, but the problem fix is don't use it, you can at least do Emotes. but test every once in a while to see if the problem persists.

This seems to just happen to you, or this problem has been fixed. If it does perceive to happen, you might need to delete the cache within your garry's mod directory.

Yes, the bug for that is to just change to a different TAB option, and then go back into inventory.

A way to fix this is to just Emote fall over and you can get out of there, so not really a huge problem, but should be fixed if possible.
