Bug Reports / Failed to receive money for Gold Member (OCRP)

Hello, I bought Gold Member the other day and once I bought it I got online and I hadn't received the money. I thought that it might take a day or two and its been a couple days and still nothing. If anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated.
